A typical visit would last for around 20 minutes, but can be longer if required. We stick to your usual routine as much as possible to ensure there is no added stress to your pet. We'll refill the water bowl, pop down some fresh food at meal times, administer any prescribed medication as required, clean any litter trays, feed the fish as well as providing lots of cuddles and play.
You'll be able to log-in to your pet's online account whilst you are away and check any messages and updates we've left you. We'll also send regular text and email updates with pictures so you can be rest assured thatyour pet is happy and enjoying themselves.

We'll arrange a free introductory meeting before you go away so you have the opportunity to meet your pet sitter. We'll ask questions at the meeting to find out as much about your pet as possible so we can care for them in the same way you would. Once you're registered with us, you can book as often as you like using your online account - we even accept last minute bookings if we have availability.
