We are fully insured, DEFRA (Department for Environmental, Food & Rural Affairs) approved and are an Animal Health Agency authorised transporter.
Our prices start from £15.00 depending on the journey.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What areas do you cover?
We cover Royal Wootton Bassett and Swindon. We are sometimes able to offer long distance transport such as to a referral surgery.
Can I travel with my pet?
Sadly, we can't allow anyone to travel with the pet due to insurance and safety purposes.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for animal transport. We also hold a DEFRA licence, which is required to transport animals.
Are you able to transport an injured animal to my vet?
If your animal is injured, please call your vet before engaging our services. Our animal ambulance is kitted with an array of equipment which may be required if your pet is injured. For example, we carry two types of stretchers should your dog be unable to walk.
How is my pet transported?
Dogs will be transported in a secure crash tested crate. Cats and small animals will travel in a travel safe carrier, which is then secured in place.
Do I need to book in advance?
We strongly recommend that all bookings are made in advance to ensure availability. We can however arrange emergency transport, subject to availability.
